I think if a jury declares you are innocent, there is nothing that change that. You are free.

The jury doesn't declare anyone INNOCENT, because under the law, you already are presumed innocent. The jury can find the defendant NOT GUILY or GUILTY, but never in the history of our constitutional republic has a jury "declared" someone "innocent."

Or you can have a hung jury where they cant decide and the case gets tried again. Tbh this case should have never happened or been dismissed by now.
