True, but the opinion basically says that OSHA and feds are trying to usurp the power of the states to mandate vaccination, so if you are in a vax mandating state this case and its reasoning won't help you too much. The court hints however that the constitutionality of any federal mandate is "dubious" but says it doesn't need to decide the issue because the question before it was whether OSHA could mandate a vax.
