The University of Michigan has quite a Flu problem... and may show us all what's in store for the vaxed this winter.
Every student at U. of M. has to be 100% vaxed to attend.
There has been an outbreak of Influenza "A" on the campus and it's making college kids far sicker than what would be expected from the annual flu. They've had 528 cases diagnosed at the University Health Service since Oct. 6. 313 cases were identified the week of Nov. 8 alone and 37% of flu tests that week were positive.
Reinfection from Covid may be the least of their problems. It could be that the annual cold and flu season will be particularly nasty for the vaxed, who may have little to no immune systems left.
One of the worst places to be this winter might be a college campus. So many required 100% vax for every student, so now there are tens of thousands of students living in close proximity... all of them vaxed and having damaged immune systems.
If an out-of-work, recently laid off due to not wanting the vax Pede, wants to make some really good money... start a Chicken Soup delivery service next to major college campuses. :>)
Set up a food truck service that specializes in nothing but hot Chicken Soup, Hot beef broth, Hot vegetarian soup and hot cocoa with delivery to the college campus dorms. All of those sick kids are going to need it.
The article states "1% of new cases are reinfections" while "1.8% of new cases are breakthroughs in the vaccinated."
This follows an earlier Israeli study (Summer 2021) which found the vaccinated were 6x more likely to get infected than those with previous infection:
