Im confused, so they can openly pretend to be president but afraid to use the seal?

Everyone is missing the point... Its because they view it as an advertisement for the DNC not a POTUS meeting/announcement. Look at Trumps rallies even when he was POTUS. At the actual rally there were no POTUS seals. That is a political event not an official POTUS speech.

Sure you will see the seal on the cars and flags etc has he goes there but not on the podium on the stage. When he walks out to give his speech he is no longer POTUS he's just a private citizen.
