This is a much bigger deal than the low resolution video.

If the state had the ID of an eye witness / “victim” and did not turn over, that should be an auto-mistrial with prejudice. Prosecutors in non-clown world get disbarred for discovery violations of such magnitude.

So this is the prosecution withholding exculpatory evidence... This isn't just unethical; this is wholly unconstitutional.
