It is time that attorneys, police officers/detectives and judges who fabricate and condone lies and evidence that will place someone in prison for years are disbarred, fired and placed in prison for double the time of the person they convicted.
Yup. I’m a designer I went to full sail for digital animation. I send files all the time. In no way will sending a file change it’s size, name or aspect ratio. The original had metadata that was 21 minutes earlier to the smaller file that was sent. The smaller file was 1/4 the size of the original meaning it was opened in decompression software and made smaller and then was saved with a new name and format. These assholes are in a lot of trouble and I think it’s setting in with them. They know what they did and they are caught !
It appears that their laptop actually contains a video compression program with a log of what videos were compressed and when. They should subpoena that.
I mean; when you send a video via text / sms; especially between android + iOS, it definitely seems to compress the video significantly.
I certainly wouldn't think it would change the aspect ratio, but it wouldn't surprise me to see the file name change somewhat; if you receive something via text & then save it to your device out of the text message; wouldn't that give it a different name, or no?
iOS is just so weird.....between 2 androids I wouldn't expect anything of the sort, except for the compression / quality loss, but that's because carriers are stingy bastards.

I know several of the lawyers that appear on RekietaLaw Youtube know about it and have already sent this to the defense and the defense in the past has used some of what they have sent in the kyle Rittenhouse case apparently. so they have help.
