What's so special about Racine Wisconsin? Cabal History

I've seen a lot of people talk about Racine being a hub or "the root" of everything going on. When I try to research I can't find anything. I'm assuming it's probably something that's been scrubbed like Sandy Hook, and Parkland.

That having been said, anyone have a link to a video or two? I would ask for an explanation, but I'm assuming this is one of those things that ends up taking you down a massive rabbit hole where you end up becoming a research goblin for a few days and hiss at daylight because you've done nothing but stare at your computer screen and take notes for days on end.

Racine is the Root, gateway and model for their real agenda - global and eternal enslavement with the Mark of the Beast forged through the great deception of Sustainability (Satan’s Ability) and enforced by smart cities, resilient communities, quantum computing and community health, education and policing. Racine is the model for all of these and more.

Joe Biden endorsed a rigged billion dollar referendum in Racine in a “highly unusual move” to create the models for community health, education and policing. They also rigged the recount to make it ‘pass’ by 4 votes. There were sudden spikes in COVID in the area before the April Primary and November General Election. Racine also passed “the most over-arching COVID order or ordinance in the nation” and is openly defying State Supreme Court orders. They are completely unchecked.

Weill Cornell / Cornell University is closely connected with Racine, Wisconsin. Hunter Biden’s back tattoo is Finger Lakes where the main Cornell campus is located. Some of the most powerful people in Racine are members of the Sphinx Head Society (similar to Skull and Bones at Yale). Joe Biden made his speech at Cornell the same year the school received its largest ever donation - from Racine. So what I'm getting from this and what everyone else has said is that basically, Racine is the "Test Bed" for everything from human trafficking, to their wannabe mark of the beast, to election theft, to the more occult crap they do. I'm gonna guess things like frazzledrip were probably "tested" there too? Probably the human experimentation that goes on in the DUMBS as well.

Apparently it's also the place the cabal uses to release their withheld technology into the world when they think it will benefit them?

Beyond that, apparently every major player in the cabal game has some ties to Racine, and it's a freemason/illuminati HQ?

Also it may or may not be a literal gate to hell.

Am I understanding all of this right? Cause if so, freaking wow. This is gonna be a BIG rabbit hole to go down.

The Neubauers, who are SC Johnsons primary distributor in Racine, and who hold many key positions as judges and politicians, were grooming an adoptee from Krosnodar, Russia, named Trevor Jung. u/TrustTheTruth once strongly implied that Jung is actually the secret son of a Neubauer, who had travelled to Krasnodar, impregnated an underage girl, and then had his baby adopted out back to his home town of Racine so that he could be groomed for a high ranking position without anybody knowing that it was really yet another Neubauer who was controlling that position.
