That's an important distinction when trying to prove to someone this was all planned. Think logically.
I remember seeing people freaking out and calling it a conspiracy when they noticed that cleaners and the like had mention of being able to clean up coronaviruses, because they didn't have the detail that coronaviruses are a type of virus and known as the common cold.
A lot of countries bought the tests before anything official was announced.
