Take good care of yourself and you'll be well equipped to fight a virus. Joe Rogan said he caught the coof after being on the road and doing some heavy drinking. Get plenty of sleep. Layoff the booze and caffeine. Drink plenty of water. Take supplements that support your general health (magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, etc.) Eat healthy food especially leafy greens and avoid sugar and fast carbs. Get some exercise and sunlight when you can.

Time To Boil Drinking Water
Boiling is the most certain way of killing all microorganisms.
According to the Wilderness Medical Society:
Water temperatures at 160°F (70°C) kill all pathogens within 30 minutes.
185°F (85°C) will kill all pathogens within a few minutes.
Water that has reached a rolling boil will have killed all pathogens.
So in the time it takes for water to reach the boiling point all pathogens will be killed. The moment your drinking water reaches a rolling boil, the water has already become safe to drink.
We have lots of water as well as a straw purifier for our local lakes. We have local game in case our stocked food runs out. Great to know about the bleach combo, thx!

Lets hope the power grid doesnt go off and stops pumping water to our house while this happens, if they end up getting away with it it will be bad.
Get water storage going now. We have about 25 gallons in 2liter soda bottles stored away & picked up bleach as well to sanitize if needed.
