Just a map of the states where Kyle would most likely not have been prosecuted.

Ok, his state is red on this map
Nebraskan, here. Not sure this is a safe assumption just because we don't have the stand your ground law. There still needs to be the political will to pursue the charge, and deep down Nebraska is still pretty red.
Agreed and further according to the map I am looking at right here Wisconsin has a stand your ground law.
Look we all know what this is about they are trying all of us to see if they can pressure us not to defend ourselves from the Blackrock/Vanguard terror squads.
Good point. It could be possible, though, that this is a white hat script to wake people up to the erosion of our rights. One could argue that--if white hats are really orchestrating what seems to be chaos, but is actually a waking up process--that whatever they bring to forefront of attention is suddenly a lightning rod for patriotic activism. CRT, mandates, and voting integrity are examples of this... and now it's 2nd amendment rights and the right to defend oneself.
Surprisingly, Asa-hole actually signed a stand your ground law in Mar this year in AR.
VA does have a type of stand your ground law aka "no retreat" and also Castle Doctrine. That said ANYONE who owns a firearm for self-defense should have carry insurance. Unless you are in TX or FL and maybe a couple other states, all it takes is one Soros prosecutor or DA to ruin your life.
