He ran right past his buddy on video while they were looking for each other. Kyle just didn't see him. It was an insane coincidence. The guy wasn't hiding. He was out in the open waiting for Kyle and Kyle ran right past him never even seeing him. It was all caught on camera and played in the trial.

Yeah idk about this “undercover operatives” bit (at least in regard to KR’s buddy). But the ambush and the drone footage is suspicious.

So… could it be plausible that KR and/or buddy were meant to be sent there and ambushed together?
