You may be right. I don't have the video, but some woman authority figure said they were for traveller's returning from abroad, some few others, and the unvacinated. Thing is, if they were for those who want to be there and would feel protected there then why the electrified fence and guard towers to keep them in? Much better for them to just stay in a hotel if they want to be there. I agree that unvaxed Aussies will not go there voluntarily. I think they'll fight for their lives before being a dragged off.
