Lose the "of self defense" and I'm in. WTH would you limit it?
the typical way they cry out in pain as they attack.
Tell that to James O'Keefe, Michael Flynn, the school board protestor whose home was invaded by the FBI, the Jan. 6 protestors who are still in jail.
Excellent point!
That’s the problem!! No one is ever held accountable. Why was he let out of jail on the day (or day before can’t remember) and ended up in Kenosha? I had my own incident with BLM and there is no doubt in my mind they are coordinated.
I wish the defense would’ve expose that aspect of things.
Maybe the judge wouldn't allow any testimony about him being in a mental ward. It was that day, they said the bag he threw at Kyle was his bag of belongings like you get when they release you from the hospital. Of course it was coordinated. I'd like to know who decided to let him out and then dropped him off at the riot. Of course it was coordinated.
The only ones who are held accountable, whether guilty or not, are the conservatives. Have you seen anyone on trial for any of the arson, shootings, murders at all the riots all over the country? The only ones I know of are the poor souls who walked into the Capitol at the invitation of the Capitol Police.
It’s infuriating! Knowing (and seeing first hand) how coordinated they are is mind blowing. It’s one thing to read and watch videos, another to experience it. NOLA had just opened from lockdown and I watched two girls sit next to us at a local bar after overhearing americas melting pot (older gay man, white guy, Spanish girl, and mulato -NOLA word for mixed) discussing the state of the world during the riots. They had their iPhones and iPads out, never ordered a drink, and eventually, pulled out a flip phone… knew something was about to go down. Two minutes later a young white girl is yelling at the table with a bullhorn. Everyone recording. Some blonde chick claiming she was from there yelling with a bullhorn at our friend asking him if he was black. She never heard the term mulato. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. When she realized he was, she calls for back up and now he’s accused of being an Uncle Tom. They didn’t get their story bug I pray they get their dues soon!
I feel so bad for those of you who live in cities and have had to deal with this crap. Take care of yourself. What a world, a blonde, paid jackass screaming at a man and demanding to know if he's black. Nazis.
Yeah… I love the city but hoping to get a little place in the country too as an escape
Exactly! These jagoffs already ignore the law.
They should all use their 2A rights in self- defense against the fbi.
Feds are only here to destroy the lives of innocents, and cover the crimes of the real criminals.
Because now there are more words between you and your rights. “What? That wasn’t ‘politically motivated’. Antifa is a myth!” — nadler probably. Also judge sullivan.
Permanent disbarment and prison time.
In a "Pound me in the Ass" prison I hope.
They would like that too much.
That does not read well lol. I suspect you meant "In a "Pound um in the Ass" prison!!
It's a quote from office space.
Oh, okay. Did not recognize.
Honestly politically motivated prosecutions are treason through and through. With all that entails.
THIS! They need to stop making this about money. Prosecutors aren't afraid of losing money. They will just buy insurance. If they know they can go to jail then they wouldn't do stupid BS like this.
Out of there damn pocket
^This, plus any and all damages.
Amen
Interesting development.

Florida is way ahead on this. Has had Stand Your Ground law on the books for many years that effectively makes on immune from prosecution in self-defense cases where one is attacked.
Florida’s “Stand your Ground” Law
Chapter 776, Fla. Stat., commonly referred to as the “Stand Your Ground” law, established a new right to immunity from prosecution when a defendant uses force in accordance with the specified prerequisites. Section 776.032 provides that, in certain circumstances, a person may use deadly force to stand his ground against an attacker and be free from the fear of prosecution.
Politically-Motivated Prosecutions
Exactly. Like piece of shit prosecutor.
Angela Corey’s Overzealous Prosecution of Marissa Alexander
A new trial was order, and she was freed, and consequently:
Her lawyer appealed the verdict and later won a new trial date.
Florida Governor Rick Scott signed new guidelines into law Friday, inspired by Alexander’s case, ABC News reported. The law allows Florida residents who threaten to use a gun or who fire a warning shot to protect themselves the chance to avoid criminal prosecution.
Larry, you know what he’s doing (taps head)
xactly. Like piece of shit prosecutor.

Mike Nifong prosecuted the Duke lacrosse team out of pure political ambition. He was prosecuted. (Got off way too easy, but still- went to jail for a day and ruined his career forever.)
We need more enforcement, not more laws. Binger can already be charged with malfeasance and abuse of public trust, prosecutorial misconduct, and probably intimidation under color of law and more.
Every new law sounds great when it's introduced, and promises to fix a problem that only exists because other laws weren't enforced. Instead, what happens is that we get a cat's hairball of laws which nobody understands, by which anybody can be guilty of something at any time. That results in arbitrary enforcement and arbitrary justice.
One of the best things about the constitution is that it's short and to the point, and easily understood. We need common sense enforcement of the laws we already have, not new laws.
Extend this to other oversteps my the “state” against the people.
I think this is a good idea.
This needs to happen. This incident should of never went to court, not with all the video evidence police had showing Kyle defending himself. It was a politically motivated attack on the 2nd amendment and a waste of tax payer money.

The state should have to spend as much on the defense as on the prosecution.
Well the one who just demonstrated tjey have a problem should imprison the traitorous psychopathic prosecutor and then maybe make a law
With an addendum punishing malicious media reports.
What do you mean, "Which state will be first." Florida for years has had a law in place called Stand Your Ground, which make one immune from prosecution in SYG self-defense cases.

Politically-Motivated
I believe that this law would just encourage the prosecution to lie more, withhold more evidence and to manufacture evidence.
Why is law-speak so fucking gay?
Why not just ask “do you believe the prosecution was politically motivated?” Smgdmfh
