She's right. The ONLY way to make Americans act in a way not natural to them is to create fear. Any fear. Wash, rinse, repeat. It's why they screamed "RUSSIA" during the cold war, it's why they said 9/11 was cave dwellers who took over our planes and "will attack at some point in the future", and it's why COVID is pimped so heavily.

Fear is how you get the non-thinkers to follow. They watch TV, get told what to do, then they do it. It's why they riot, it's why they attack patriots, it's why they hated Trump and it's why they still wear masks. They're scared. Every time. And too stupid to even know it.
