Oh please! I work at Amazon. I make 19 dollars an hour for throwing packages on a belt. I only made 20 bucks an hour, before I left the field, as a legal secretary.
I will say they have gone lax on their safety protocols in the last 2 years.

I’m curious! Does OSHA get involved? My husband has worked for big pharma most of his life. When he had other jobs those companies encouraged “accident free” The workers were rewarded for X amount of days accident free. Working in physical labor in many industrial companies it can be hard to be accident free. Not because the equipment is faulty. Because it’s hard manual labor and machinery is involved. For example people working in maintenance & the many jobs that make large parts. I’m not implying you are not telling the truth. I’d like to understand what you and fellow employees go through.
