This may be crazy speculation but what if this was used as a way to send some kind of message. Apparently the suspect was just released from prison with bail, and then he does this right afterwards? Maybe a message for the state of Wisconsin. Weren't they beginning to take investigating the 2020 voter fraud seriously? Maybe this was a way to tell them to stop.
