Just an ordinary digital artifact. I've seen faces disappear and faces remain still while the head moved. If you understand how video is transmitted, it's easy to understand how this happens. Actually, it's described in a free ebook that I downloaded. Look on page 28:
Honestly? Probably just a codec error, and the video is spreading to distract from maxwell/durham, and make people who dont comprehend algorithm viz errors exist looking like uninformed tards.
Either that, or kyle was never really tried, kenosha never happened as described, and loads of people got injured at a Christmas parade over a literal larp rather than a real trial and acquittal.
Personally, I'm leaning towards the former, not the latter. Seems more reasonable. This is the kind of bait that will be used to claim the trial was all fake, and justice was never served etc etc. Dont bite.
If the trial was faked, it likely means that the entire incident it was based on was also staged, which is a great way to explain why the drone focused on Rittenhouse for such great footage, as well as the abundance of useful footage. It would explain a lot of things about the trial, like the whole "yeah, I pointed the gun at him before he fired at me" statement, and the cartoon-y reprimands of the judge. The bicep injury would be the most difficult thing to stage, but pre-recording and good fx could certainly do it.
I know we're watching a movie, and I think there's plenty to show that the inauguration was fake. Staging a trial is simple, but ... is it possible that this portion of the Kenosha riots was produced to order?
I'm thinking close-ups on a green screen with multiple takes. Then a few practices with drones at night in an isolated lot, to be spliced in later with real crowds, maybe actors, and maybe responding to audible blanks. I'm not sold yet, just thinking through the possibility.
This movie we experience is getting more weird every single day!

I think since it happens within a second of a cut to another camera that this could be compression related.

The bicep injury would be easy. The choreography would be most challenging.
