Believe it when I see it... but for now, the judges seem to be just another extension of the Deep State, or the judges are compromised and blackmailed by those that control them.
Do you think that Kavanaugh and Barrett could have possibly been playing towards the left this entire time, knowing that this case/matter would eventually move forward in some capacity to the SC, and then have a conservative viewpoint/conscious? To be honest, this is probably the most important case that the current court system will ever see.

The problem is you can't just "submit a case to the supreme court." It has to go up through the preceding courts
It's called original jurisdiction. It's in the Constitution.
