Disagree, he was a bystander who didn't become a victim like he was supposed to.

Rosenbaum started the whole stuffle with Kyle, was the one who sicked the mob on Kyle, and was super-super agressive the whole night.

IMO Rosen-rapist was the FBI's MkUltra's agent. Which is why they went after Kyle so harshly.
