IMO, yes. The punishment for this, however, is far worse than the penalty of a crime against humanity; if one loves their children.

Imagine when we can seize all the money of the all the criminals. When it all comes out, we will be rich. I think that's why you see very wealthy people moving their money around into land. Do they think we can't seize the land? Foolish.
