I see the red car, but question if it's meant to be a black person. A black person's hair would typically be darker and the reason their skin is slightly darker is due to the "tinting" of the windows. If you go slowly you can see the driver side window is either partially down or broken and you can see the skin is more towards the lighter side.
Its so easy to find, literally took me 10 seconds.

Just like the guy that actually drove the car, wasnt a very dark shade of black.
