The key is that fhe Speaker of the House doesn't have to be elected to Congress. They vote for whomever they want. It's never happened before, but.... Biden gets 25thd, Kamelhoe becomes Pres, Pelosi becomes VP, Hildebeast is elected to speaker of the house, Kameltoe resigns for whatever, Pelosi becomes Pres, Hildebeast VP, Pelosi retires...and conspiracy lunacy complete.

It's even easier than that ...
1> Slow Joe the Inbred Pedo decides to spend more time inside his family while he still has a functioning brain cell or two. This promotes Giggles the Whore to POTUS.
2> Giggles the Whore appoints Cunt as her VP. Cunt does have to make it through Senate hearings, but those won't be a problem ... I'm sure the entire Romney, Murkowski, Graham faction will be more than happy to make Cunt VP if one or two of their pain in the asshole Rats won't comply (they will though ... they always do).
3> Something big on the world stage happens about a month later. "For the good of the country", Giggles the Whore decides to step down and let Cunt take over since she "is the smartest woman on Earth and is best to lead the nation with all of her experience". They never say what kind of experience of course, but the media will make the world think that Cunt is savior of the universe.
I don't think it's a stretch to think that Cunt wants the throne and that this is their plan to make it happen. Cunt met with Giggles the Whore before Giggles launched her failed 2020 campaign. I'd bet decent cash that Cunt made Giggles an offer she couldn't refuse.
