Tbh, I kind of stopped listening to Lin because, he, imo was starting to come off as arrogant and overly preachy but, I am not in the belief that he is a bad person, I had prayed for him in the past to "humble himself back down." That being said, good to have been able to hear HIS side of this mess and yes, seems kyle has been being told to believe certain things with what happened without separating the people involved.
