Biden also made similar statements publicly. Also, it's not like Biden's handlers aren't managing his Twitter account as well as his policy decisions.

My point is, whatever garbage is put out on Twitter by him, isn’t actually him typing. Some aide is doing it. I then speculated that Trump’s was probably organic and ran by him.
