Pretty much as the title suggest. Looking to get my family setup for help.
I have heard a lot about AFDL, but the nervous side of me is concerned about scams and fraud. APpreciate the feedback.

My sister had luck getting HCQ during an active infection recently but they are swamped right now. Took several days to get the Rx filled. Wouldn't say it's a scam at all.
I haven't had any luck with legal resources.
It worked for my family.
I tried to get scripts for myself and spouse, neither of us sick. HCQ script for myself was filled and received in week/10 days. Still waiting for spouse's. Been since late Sept. Sibling had similar experince of non response. Not saying it's a fraud or scam, just treat as gambling in that you may be out money.
Next time I'll try a source much closer to home, not so overwhelmed.
Update: This morning I received an email from AFLD stating a refund had been issued for the tele-visit never received. All my faith has been restored.
Yes, while sick a friend of mine contacted them and got meds in Virginia.
They're for real but as others have said, they're swamped, as are the pharmacies. Get started now. Also, try these people:
https://www.pushhealth.com
They're equally straight-up and might be a bit faster, in our experience.
Appreciate the feedback. I am basically trying to get my hands on ivermectin as a treatment option if someone in my family might get it.
I am not sure if there are other reputable places to consider? my other half would like to have a consult in relation to any concerns regarding allergies to specific meds and if that might be a problem with Ivermectin.
open to recommendations. this has been a long long process I have been undergoing, trying to be proactive on this.
Much obliged for the help.
Personally, I think the best bet is to contact one of these doctors in your area: https://covid19criticalcare.com/ivermectin-in-covid-19/how-to-get-ivermectin/. I had good luck with FLCCC / speakwithanmd the first few times but they got very busy and I never got my last script.
I have since used pushhealth.com through whom I found a great doc in my state whom I will be using as a GP I’m the future even though it will be a drive to see him.
My wife got her hydroxichloriquine after a few weeks, no problem. You need to apply separately. $90 each patient.
