Ivermectin has been around for a while, and while you need to use severe discretion when reading news articles about it (due to recent demonization of it), you should have no problem finding and dissecting actual studies about it's use in pregnant women.
I would recommend avoiding it just to be safe, and stick to vitamins + zinc + fresh air + sunlight
My wife is pregnant so I've been looking into this, searching for articles (of course I filtered everything out that's newer than 2019). And the bottom line is - there is no definitive bottom line :(. No pros, no cons. Jury's still out on that one.
Don't know off hand, though, I've heard that some of the treatments that work for COVID should not be used during pregnancy.
Perhaps that includes Ivermectin, not sure.
