When I read the devolution series, I have to wonder, if Biden is a white hat actor, then all the horrible "decisions" he is allowed t make are on the white hats - that would mean many people died and suffered at "Biden's" hand - Afghanistan, borders, etc. And that doesn't make sense. Any htougths?
I look at it this way... Every time he is around a child, he sniffs them and has his hands all over them. Dr. Frank: There are tens of thousands of phantom voters in some... in just one or your counties. Just, there are lots of them. So the next step then, to prove it to the them, to your county people, is to find the phantom voters. And that's why we need our super moms.
But then, here is where it gets fun. So, in other words, I've got the mathematics that shows that the fraud was operating, and we've got the phantom voters, you find the actual phantom voters, you do the forensics audits that you guys just called for today, where you show all the problems in the machines that were doing things they weren't supposed to be doing and how they connect to the internet, and all that.
And now, next week is the Cyber Symposium. And the Cyber Symposium is gonna be in South Dakota. And that's where Mr. Lindell is gonna release 37 terabytes of recordings, they're called P-Caps, the recordings of that internet traffic.
So imagine there was a bank robbery, right. And you walk in and Dr. Frank says, "I've run the calculation and there's 10 million dollars missing. Because I did the math, right? And then the super moms go out and pound the pavement and they find all the dollar bills out in the community, right? So that's like finding the shadow voters. And somebody does a forensic audit and they notice the fingerprints on the dollar bills or something. They trace them by serial number back to the bank or something.
And then somebody comes up with a video camera of the actual robbery taking place. There's... it's like you have the whole picture, right? So that's what P-Caps are. The P-Caps are like that. That capstone that shows you the recording, show you all this hacking taking place in real time.

Dr. Frank: Yeah. And how does the internet work.? I mean where do all the communications go? I mean, do they go over the phone lines? No. It goes over the internet.

Dr. Frank: Yeah. Some go up to satellites and some go all around the world, right? So, if you were going to try and record elections, where would be the perfect place to do it? Hmmm. I don't know. Just think... I mean its just logic, right? I mean, I'm not telling you anything. I'm just asking questions.
Marcus Dee: Are you, without divulging any behind the scenes, are you privy to any of the information that happened out of Tennessee all those weeks ago, when there was the explosion?
Dr. Frank: No! I'm not privy to any of that.
Marcus Dee: O.K., O.K..
Dr. Frank: Yeah, yeah. Its because, uh, we're careful, and, you know its interesting, because almost everybody that works with us is military people. And they're really good at this. They've taught me this. I'm a scientist. I'm use to using, I'm use to working openly and using open sources with everybody. But everything with these guys is, um, it has a military flavor to it. Because, like the attorneys and my colleagues, they're really military trained. And they work under need to know. So they will say, "Here's what you need to know, Doug, go work it out." You know, they don't tell me much more. And that's a good thing. Its good from a scientific control point, too. Because then I'm not pre-biased by anything.
Marcus Dee: Yeah, yeah. You said earlier that you've been working hand-in-hand with and have had conversations with both Mike Lindell and President Trump.

I worry our military is not what we know it to be, any longer.
The mistake is thinking the military is one big Borg collective. There are patriots in the military.

I've wondered, what exactly are "pcaps"? I have a good technical understanding of internet technology and I don't know how it could be helpful.
For example you can collect packet traces which are dumping the wire contents of each packet, from a place where you are monitoring the network. But assuming SSL is used, all you can learn is what addresses established connections to other addresses, when, and how much data was transferred. There's no way to decrypt then post facto. Basically it's limited to traffic analysis.
Maybe Space Force can take all of us that love freedom to a new planet. Leave the normies to build their hell on earth as they like.
I'd rather keep Earth as it's pretty swell. They'd do well on Mars, for a little while.
