Alexas can be programmed. I know someone at church that programmed his Alexa to recite the entire constitution when asked "What authority does the government have over freedoms?"

I knew these devices were listening to you when I came across a story around when Alexa released. A husband and wife were having an argument, no domestic violence, just hashing it out like married couples sometimes do. Well Alexa called the cops and the couple was shocked when the police came and kicked open the door and arrested the husband, his wife didn't press charges obviously but the state did and husband got charged. So ya Alexa is glowing.
