Do you guys remember when FB went down a few months back for close to seven hours?

Do you also remember when the pentagon transferred hundreds of thousands of IP addresses to a civilian company?

DWAC came out of no where.

Now we are seeing that FB is changing its name to meta, and Jack is stepping down from Twitter...

What if when everyone was seeing that the FB domain name was for sale, it was actually being transferred to DWAC and Trump used DWAC to do a hostile take over of both FB and Twitter?

The storm is upon us - pedes.

Interesting concept and elegant too. There have been a few people stating that some of the fact checker deletions are slower lately....

I also think that this same concept of taking over and ridding the evil practices may pertain to Blackrock and Vanguard. If the EOs state forfeiture of assets of the bad guys then a simple TRANSFER of ownership form could be the vehicle. And as far as them buying so much real estate same concept. It is Ours and We are Not For Sale! Praying 🙏 WWG1WGA

I have noticed this as well! Sometimes it will take a week before they decide to slap a badge on one of my posts. Used to be instantaneous!

Listen its not only Facebook that gad outages. But the major cloud services such as Google, Amazon aws, msft azure all had major outages last year in 2020 almost like a mil op take over which initiates some kind of secondary protocol.

Nice what if! I wish we had this much control, but I fear we don’t. I think the cabal has been ahead of the game, but with so many waking up I have hope we are catching up and playing their game. Yes, the storm is upon us….let the games begin.

There are too many coincidences fren.

There's no way that Zuckerbucks would change the name of facebook unless it was no longer his.

Also makes me wonder about goog—>alphabet. 🧐

bidiadicc123 7 points ago +7 / -0

Hasn't Google been apart of Alphabet for years?

NoNameJames [S] 5 points ago +6 / -1

They have been.

Don’t forget both Facebook and Google were In-Q-Tel and vastly tied to Maxwell. If that’s true a transfer is bound by law correct? Depending on various circumstances. Ultimately my understanding is national security threat is all that needs to be proven to federal judges for stewardship

And certainly not change it to META, crap name.

2
Lneallucky 2 points ago +2 / -0

And rumor jack stepping down….hhhmmmm. When will the name change or is it just an entire new company… we shall see

2
ovitz 2 points ago +3 / -1

But if it was no longer his, how could he change the name of it?

NoNameJames [S] 8 points ago +9 / -1

Think of it like an eviction - the white hats stepped in and said we will give you time to get your shit out. Soon after the site went down, Zuckerbucks came out and announced the name change. No one is going to goto meta. Everyone knows what fb is.

Except for the fact that there are ZERO coincidences.

I hate being poor and not being able to buy more dwac.

Christ_Alone 5 points ago +5 / -0

Get your DWAC whilst they are cheap! They are crashing the markets to stop DWAC. It feels like he is about to "aquire " big tech !

BlaineBug 4 points ago +4 / -0

What I did not realize is that Facebook website isn't changing the name to Meta, but the corporation behind it is.

Oh shit! That's a really interesting take, thanks for sharing. I do wonder (and lean towards believing this is true) if the recent social media drama has to do with the bigger picture. I am wondering if FB name change, @Jack resignation could be connected to forthcoming lawsuits from Trump & co against the tech giants, in an attempt to do damage control and push the blame onto other folks within the companies. I don't care what anybody says, censoring the literal president of the US is NOT ok, and certainly seems like something he could take legal action against. My left-leaning, Trump-disliking best friend even agrees with me on this...which is a good sign.

Just saying...when TRUTH Social goes live, it's all gonna blow the fuck up, and I literally cannot wait. Part of me thinks maybe around that time we'll see the "Storm upon us" tweet of myth and legend 👀🍿

If what you say is the truth, then Jack didn't "step down", he was fired. By Trump, no less.

Trump back on Twitter as CEO?

To quote that journalist who interviewed Jordan Peterson:

"So what you're saying is... buy DWAC?"

2
SoMuchWinning45 2 points ago +2 / -0

How could you do a hostile takeover of a company you don't own a majority stake in?

3
NoNameJames [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Who's to say that DWAC doesn't now own a majority stake?

1
SoMuchWinning45 1 point ago +1 / -0

I do hope the price skyrockets so I could make some decent change.

Yes, yes. But what I wonder about this, how does it play in with his class action lawsuit against SM?

I haven't heard anything in a while on the suit, but he'd be essentially suing himself, and as well taking on legal obligations to pay settlements.

1
NoNameJames [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm wondering as well.

1
Canadianguy17 1 point ago +1 / -0

Honestly, that would be a terrible idea.

FB is already dead, hence the move to META.

Twitter is a liberal circle jerk and users would all leave as a way to hurt Trump and team if they ever did buy it.

In my opinion Trump should focus on creating their TRUTH and Free Speech based conversation space.

2
NoNameJames [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

FB gets hundreds of billions of hits per month still, it's far from dead.

Vaguelyswami1 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've wondered ever since FB was down for the day... Did white hats take over? Hmmmm...

1
TakeItBack 1 point ago +1 / -0

I got back on fb about a month ago JUST SO I could keep track of what's going on in this shit town. Right from the first day, the account was crippled. The group that I tried to rejoin was impossible to join and two people associated with that I could never contact on fb. After going on with some frequency, I got a box that replaced the fb page which said that my account had been disabled because my account, or activity on it, didn't follow their community standards. For grins, I tried to request a review. That went nowhere. I tried to get back on using Tor and I got as far as them demanding my phone number to "verify" it was me. No way that was happening. I had made one or two very benign comments.

There might be a conversation about preserving market cap valuation.

1
arterius2 1 point ago +1 / -0

FB didn't change its name to Meta, Meta is just a parent company of FB - the product, just like Alphabet is to Google.

1
NoNameJames [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Again, he would have never changed the FB corporate name if he still owned it. Facebook is recognizable to billions, no one is going to say meta and immediately put two and two together.

1
arterius2 1 point ago +1 / -0

People still say Facebook, Meta is the parent company... I just said that.

Just go on facebook.com and check for yourself, it says Facebook.

2
NoNameJames [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm aware of what it says, there is no way he would change the parent company name. Also from what I am hearing soon fb.com is going to auto redirect to meta.com.

collegebinladen 0 points ago +1 / -1

Yeah except Facebook hasn't changed its name at all. It will remain facebook from here on out, they only changed the name of the parent company like when google inc switched over to Alphabet. Neither FB or Twitter domains have been or will be up for sale, nor have they transferred ownership at any point in the last decade. You're misconstruing several unrelated things with a very limited understanding of them.
