Disagreed. Muslims coming to faith through dreams have been going on for over a decade. When I was a missionary in a foreign land, I heard these stories, even back then, long before Trump, long before Obama.
We can debate all we want whether it's genuine, but there's something to be said about true conversions.
Well, it happened to me via a dream/vision too, so I know it's possible - although I was technically a Christian before as well, I just didn't know what I believed.
The same for me. I became Christian after a dream. It was so real and beautiful, I saw everything the Bible says about Jesus glorified body, heaven and angels that later reading the Bible for the first time, I confirmed it was a real vision of Jesus, it couldn't be fruit of my imagination. I thought I was Christian before that and would go to heaven if I just don't commit any crime/ go to prison during my lifetime.
I'd like to believe but i'd say it's more likely they "convert" because they get asylum easier
