A month or two ago when talk of the mandatory jabs was spiraling, my wife who has a ton of corporate work experience as a consultant and analyst was getting calls from employers, however, they would reject her in an arrogant tone because she's a pure blood.
She used to trip when talk of this shit came around thinking she was never gonna work again. I told her to wait because the sheep are never right. Ever.
She's currently a consultant working for a large firm who didn't ask. However, her resume is on several job boards.
At this point, she gets multiple calls a week from the same cunty types begging her to work.
What happened?
The leftists assumed their little mandates and arrogance would woo the hoards of sheep who would skip and whistle to their safe space employment.
Reality:
Hoards of early retirement to lock in income due to uncertain economic conditions
Hoards of early retirement to avoid jabs
Hoards of depressed taking time off from two years of abuse by government, MSM and Karens
Hoards of unpaid leave due to jab mandates
Hoards of people who simply don't want to work ever again
Flu season is beginning and the jabbed are starting to get very sick and taking more and more time off.
My Advice:
Increase your skills and get ready for them to begin the compensation talks begging you to work.
My GF isn't jabbed and just got an office job at a large construction business. She had her mask on in the interview and they told her she didn't need that there, unless she really wanted to wear it. No mention of vaxx status in the interview or in the following job offer. No mask wearing in the office. Plus, they asked what she was looking for in compensation and they gave it to her. That's just one example but, I think you are onto something.

This has less to do with vaccine mandates than people feeling overworked and underpaid. When the pandemic hit, suddenly people were receiving more money from unemployment than their actual jobs. The message became clear, most workers are being exploited by their employers. It happened to me and is affecting virtually every industry.

I think this was by design, to entice people to stay home, bankrupt small business, and help usher in the Great Reset

We'll see, they're already hitting me with an insurance surcharge for next year that's stealing nearly a grand of my pay and it's definitely the company as my GF has the same insurance provider but no such thing is happening with her employer. While they've been desperately hiring lately to fill all the spots from the people they laid off who won't come back and others who left I know of several people who've already confided in me that they're going to retire right at the start of January which will set the hiring pace back several steps again.
...and hold out for top dollar.
My wife had heartache about the mandate announced at Xcel Energy a couple months ago. Nights of sleep lost over too many weeks. Then they rescinded it.
I had told her things would change and work out. But she had just gotten a new position for way more $ than she had been making and actually is really enjoying the new position and doing very well at it. Mostly work from home still.
It worked out.

My employer keeps bumping up new hire wages wo just under 10k for 6 year in heavily specialized area. Alot of people are getting screwed and I expect the old 1-3% cost of living, and be grateful don't spend it all in one place attitude.
They are finding out the unvaxxed are the only ones who get fucking work done instead of sitting around figuring out ways to get paid for not doing shit while fucking with the ones that do...

There are many other skills which are even more in demand. Database management, excel and excel type software, analysts for damn near every industry and on and on.
I was put on leave without pay from Triad LLC that oversees the operations at Los Alamos National Laboratory for refusing the jab and after getting an approved religious exemption. I worked the last 18 months remotely for the lab, and requested a duty station change back to AZ. They refused and I told them to shove their poison up their woke asses. Anyway, cashed out, bought a home in AZ, sold our home in NM, made money on the sale, and score a 100% remote job as a Sr. Security Analysts doing the same thing I was doing at the lab. So although things were dark, and I lost a lot of sleep, things have worked out better than I couldve even imagined. Keep the faith, stand strong and do not comply!
