Remember the baker who was sued for $135,000 refusing to bake a cake for a same sex couple?

Its discrimination for a unvaccinated person to be turned away. Most labor laws say you can not discriminate based on medical disabilities.

If I have a fear that a medical procedure could kill me, I have the right to refuse it.

The state cannot mandate me to go in for a heart transplant if I don't want to.

Same goes for injections of experimental vaccines.

Vaccine passports are severe state overreach and any business complying with these rules should be sued in to oblivion. Eventually the tide would turn.
