No matter how horny someone is, they can and should say no to sex with someone they would not normally sleep with. I have had a manager (female) offer to have sex with me in the bathroom, kinda creepy. I said no, like, the thought of offering sex to someone may seem appealing to some, but when you save yourself for marriage, those guns have to be stronger than anything else in your life, or you will succumb to your sinful nature. It's a tough call, because drugging someone against their will or without their knowledge is super f'ed up. If they are horny and make a bad choice (even though they became horny because of said drug), is it still a case of rape. I'd argue yes, because I'd say if a woman dresses like a slut, and gets raped, that wasn't her intention. Should she wear something that makes her more susceptible, no. The horny man is not excused from his behavior. However comma, she did not induce him with drugs. The biggest problem with this whole thing is that we have a sexually rampant culture. Women dress like sluts, men seek sex continually, and we wonder why there's so much sex in our culture. Plus it's encouraged by media's, taught in schools, and avoided by religious places. It's hard to find a church that preaches truth. I am not saying women should dress ugly or wear particular clothing, they should dress beautifully. Men should be decent and respectful. Keep your dicks to yourselves and if you are married, then to only that one person. Not sure how this is a complicated issue, other than the issue of the heart.
