Probably “American Electric Power” for the power plants and “Luminate Mining” and or “Sabine Mining”.

I live in East Texas and am familiar with these companies. I know guys who work at these places and I’d be very surprised if they were vaccinated. The smartest move I every made was coming back to East Texas. We might not be free, but we sure do act like it!

Xcel Energy is down there also. My wife works for them in CO.
