Everything I've seen points to them rehearsing. They probibly weren't in full costume so its possible the camera might not have been on, BUT in today's age of digital cameras one would think they might film the rehearsal and then just delete it later when they got what they needed from it. So, yeah, it does make you wonder if Baldwin had a camera pointed at him that was running.
When I think about it a little more it seems odd that something happened on a movie set and not one camera recorded something even if it was a bad angle or even just the audio.
The cover up is always what gets them. If they deleted video footage... SMH.
