The hand holding up what looks like “stop” seems to me she is deliberately joining the middle and other finger together to form what is sort of like a W or upside down M.
Not that one. The hand holding the book. It could be that's just the way she holds a book one handed, bit it's also a comm symbol for [them]. It's associated with the "ok/666" hand gesture.
Yep, and the hand gesture with it.

Wumbo. I knew it.
Willy Wonka was behind it all from the start!
A wumbologist would know.
IDK, if I hold my hand out my middle and ring finger naturally come together as well.
Maybe depends on the hand, I have to either force an “open fingers” stop gesture or a closed fingers stop gesture.
The W or upside down M is known to be symbolic.
Pertains to a certain Freemason drawing and Y heads as well.
YES! Like she's saying, "Stop every last secret". VERY interdasting.
could also be she doesn't want to be filmed. oO;;
....would be exposed
It's the universal hand gesture for "stop"
Is that why my wife and daughter make that jesture every time I try to take their pic when they're brushing their teeth? Who knew?

I really doubt it; that hand position is also (for me at least, and I'm sure others) the most comfortable way to hold a book open one-handed.
So you could say she is saying "stop" with one hand, and "666" with the other. Every last secret.
ah good catch. I was focused on the other hand.
Also the universal hand gesture for, “I don’t want to be in this photo”
