"Since 2012, a growing number of cellular studies have demonstrated that ivermectin has antiviral properties against an increasing number of RNA viruses, including influenza, Zika, HIV, Dengue, and most importantly [??! - ed.], SARS-CoV-2."

Note - this is not sauce for OP - I just did search and found some other interesting papers.

Here's another:

So, NIH has been on top of this since at least 2012. Cute. Real cute.

When I read that Ivermectin was described as a "wonder drug", and was one of the 3 most important drugs in human history along with aspirin and penicillin, I did not know what all the hype was about.

Now, I know. Ivermectin is truly amazing, generic, incredibly easy to manufacture, and inexpensive. The fact that it helps to destroy big pharma is pure frosting.

I was just diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last month. Looks like Ivermectin could also be the cure for MS.

Now I must decide if I go with one of their 60k a year drugs or roll the dice on ivermectin.

Scroll to the appendix at the bottom and prepare to be amazed at all the potential diseases it cures.

Maybe it’s what Trump was referring to here:

Banisher 3 points ago +3 / -0

Do both

Gemmamma 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thank you for the ivm/MS article. I suspected it was out there somewhere but hadn't come across it yet. My husband is on one of those insanely expensive MS treatments and I would love to figure out how to get him off of it. Prayers for you on your MS journey!

CharlieChuckles 3 points ago +3 / -0

You’re welcome. I’m going to be in a 3 year study where they are constantly giving me MRIs and do long neurological studies. I will be taking ivermectin in addition to the Big Pharma drug. The Pharma drug is only really suppressing new lesions from forming, so if the MRIs show repair, then I know the ivermectin could be the reason for the improvement.

Dee68 5 points ago +5 / -0

Charlie, just FYI.

MS is one of the diseases Lyme will imitate.

Lyme will also create lesions on the brain. The difference is that with MS, the lesions will not go away. With Lyme, by taking supplements or using other protocols they will shrink and/or disappear.

The tests for Lyme, suck. So does CDC approved treatment - 28 days antibiotics - then one supposedly does not have lyme any more and you are on your own. I have Lyme - tested positive. CDC conclusive. After the 28 days were up, my doctor told me she could no longer prescribe additional antibiotics per CDC or she could lose her med license. Everything post that point has been on my own and out of pocket.

My Lyme did not colonize in joints, instead it is in my cns, so my symptoms are neurological.

I'm passing this info along for you to put in your back pocket. I am not a doctor. I do not remember which resource I pulled the MS imitation from. Buhner's Healing Lyme for starters maybe.

Ivermectin helped me. Horse paste. I do not have the MRI to prove it. Clinically, I can tell that the Neuro symptoms have slowed down drastically in frequency. I can now see them coming usually when diet or sleep or stress get out of balance.

It sounds like you are getting some really great help. The three year study sounds fascinating. I wish you the best.

ExplosionofBullSh1T 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you for this info. My wife was diagnosed with Lyme's in 1987 when she was 18 and playing college volleyball then they changed it to MS and was confined to a wheelchair and crutches for a while.

Had her on prednisone on off for a couple years. Then they said she needed a liver transplant. After deep prayer and contemplation she quit taking it and focused on nutrition and working out.

Has been 10 x times better since she quit taking the drugs - many years back. Still has flare-ups to this day - Balance, some vision blur, stiff joints from time to time, memory problems. But overall doing great. I remember when I met her 13 yrs ago and she told me about, but I couldn't even tell she had anything. She was also told she would never get pregnant - 3 months after we meet, wham-o, she is pregs! Have a beautiful 12 yr old now.

I really want her to check out Ivermectin more. I took the paste to get through the hoof a few weeks back, she had it too but not as bad but never took any paste. Can you recommend dosage or a good doc for IVER and MS or additional information/resources?

Dee68 4 points ago +4 / -0

I did ivermectin - horse paste by weight. Was on it daily for a few weeks. Now I do once a month.

Ivermectin is like a machine gun on the Lyme bacteria - so watch the herxing. Still trips me up. Lyme has colonized in my cns, so my herxing is not flu like, it's depression and suicide ideation.

I also remember reading that ivermectin treatments are also clearing up neurological issues and that this was separate from lyme.

Sugar - very bad. Lyme bacteria love it. Will exacerbate my neurological symptoms fiercely. I am getting better at managing this.

As far as protocols, Stephen Buhner is my guy. Healing Lyme 2nd edition. A lot of what is being recommended for COVID is also part of his protocol.

One image I try to use to manage this is that ones health is like a table top. The legs are diet, stress management, sleep and exercise. When things are going poorly for me healthwise, I can usually diagnose by looking at the legs and making adjustments.

Lyme is the great imitator. Many diseases are misdiagnosed (ALS, lupus, fibromyalgia, MS, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc.) A person will have some of the symptoms that will 'fit', but then there are these 'extra' symptoms. The doc will go with the diagnoses that fits the majority of the symptoms and leave the others untreated.

Two documentaries: -Under Our Skin -Under the Eight Ball

As far as a doc, I am my doc. I knew that I wasn't going to go the antibiotics route long term. I worked on strengthening my immune system (Buhner again). I still have quite a ways to go - especially exercise - use to swim a mile 3x week and boxing workout 2-3x a week. Fatigue has kicked my butt - lucky now if i can make it around the block.

ExplosionofBullSh1T 3 points ago +3 / -0

Wow - Thank you so much! I appreciate you sharing the journey - We will check out Buhner and his documentaries and of course IVER.

PeaceCrew 2 points ago +2 / -0

Have you tried chlorine dioxide?

He lists all the protocols for free here:

but has a book call Forbidden Health which goes into a lot more detail

Check out:

Note: CDS is chlorine dioxide gas that has been re-dissolved back into water and is easier to take the MMS, but taking the original MMS is still fine.

Shalomtoyou 9 points ago +9 / -0

I got into an argument over the weekend with a guy who said he works in the hospital, maybe a physician, scoffed when I told him my doctor proscribes IVM and HCQ like she's a quack.

On Ivermectin he kept asking "you know what it is?"

"An anti-parasitical."

"Yes. How does an anti-parasitical stop a virus?"

My mother got to the same block.

I mentioned that Ivermectin and HCQ, along with Zinc, make a passage for Zinc to enter the cell and inhibit cell replication. Of course, the next step is how zinc in a cell inhibit cell replication, but I'm glad I can remember that far.

Does it really matter, though? If a medicine man knew a certain leaf or berry would cure an illness, maybe he has a story that it's blessed by the Earth Mother or what not. Does it matter? He saw that it works, he remembers that it works, and he uses it.

ProphetOfKek 4 points ago +4 / -0

I make this point about acupuncture all the time. It works for me. I don’t think it works how Asian medicine says it works. But I don’t really care.

Weero 2 points ago +2 / -0

I remember reading about what it actually does, and iirc it has something to do with blocking pain signals to specific nerves, which makes the muscles relax in the area affected by the acupuncture. You can obviously see how this would be good.

Isn't a virus a parasite

PaulRevere01 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes Wiley TEXTBOOK ON parasites

Shalomtoyou 0 points ago +1 / -1

I think technically a parasite is a larger organism than a virus.

But it wouldn't be the first drug to have more than one application. Viagra wasn't designed to give men hard ons.

ThiccusDickus 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you or anyone point towards any sources detailing the effects of those two and zinc? I'd like it to be as robust and detailed as possible.

Shalomtoyou 1 point ago +1 / -0

There are better people that me to do it. I recommend listening / reading Dr. Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko. He's the one I heard it from, I believe.

But can you find me a medical reference that identifies viruses as parasites?

Shalomtoyou 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ha ha ha..... ohhhhhh, this will be fun, fun, fun.

1.1 Introduction to Parasitology and Its Terminology 1.1.1 Parasites Parasites are organisms which live in or on another organism, drawing suste- nance from the host and causing it harm. These include animals, plants, fungi, bacteria, and viruses, which live as host-dependent guests. Parasitism is one of the most successful and widespread ways of life. Some authors estimate that more than 50% of all eukaryotic organisms are parasitic, or have at least one parasitic phase during their life cycle. There is no complete biodiversity inventory to verify this assumption; it does stand to reason, however, given the fact that parasites live in or on almost every multicellular animal, and many host species are infected with several parasite species specifically adapted to them. Some of the most important human parasites are listed in Table 1.1. The term parasite originated in Ancient Greece. It is derived from the Greek word “parasitos” (Greek pará = on, at, beside; sítos = food). The name parasite was first used to describe the officials who participated in sacrificial meals on behalf

Purely hypothetical I wouldn't want to take the shot but those that are being forced like in Australia... Could they prevent the ill effects of the shot with Ivermectin in in their systems?

GDZeus 3 points ago +3 / -0

I was wondering if it would help the ones that already got the jabs. A friend got them to keep her job and it hasn't been good for her of course. I gave her a bunch of things to try to detox but I doubt she tried any of the things I suggested. I told her after her 2nd jab the other day to get to the feed store & get some ivermectin to try. I doubt she did, some are still funny about trying it. So I told her if she didn't want to do that then go online and order the pills from India.

ProphetOfKek 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ivm will only mitigate many of the side effects, it won't cure you.

Quantachyon 2 points ago +2 / -0

whatdayisit 2 points ago +2 / -0

So you don't really need IVM ? Seems Zelenko says if you can't get a hold of HCQ just increase dose of quercetin. Wondering if that would be good enough?

AdAstra_PerAspera 2 points ago +2 / -0

(I have moderate medical training, not a doctor though)

No, ivermectin is a wonder drug. Top 3 ever made.

Zelenko says if you can't HCQ then more quercetin, because the two of them are both zinc ionophores (Allows zinc to enter the cell much easier and stop viral replication.) EGCG from tea is also an ionophore.

Take any of the three with ~50mg zinc and it will be utilized well.

Recent research on these boards suggests that IVM stops HIV from binding/cleaving through protease inhibition. Covid might be a HIV chimera, that IVM is destroying in uttar pradesh india and in japan.

whatdayisit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thank you so much! Nurse here that has always been skeptical of big pharma ever since I had a professor who was a consultant for Bayer. I think I'll get the supplements but we have been doing simple things like eating better, drinking kombucha and taking emergenc-e immunity plus which I never would have believed boosted immune but I'm here to say it does. I have a smoothie full of quercetin fruits and well as pineapple for bromelain but the supplements would be extra. I was thinking of getting the IVM but just 30 tabs of 12mg and 30 of 6mg as I'm about 115lbs and if I calculated the dose right I'm around 10mg dose and hubby is 15mg. But I'm just not sure if that's necessary or if it's fear driven. Tbh I strongly strongly stand on Psalm 91 and God has gotten our family thru. So I'm trying to use wise judgment. Tho hubby and I agree they're not done releasing stuff. Smallpox is likely next since they have a drug ready to roll.

HIV does not exist.

Therefore, it is complete bullshit.

Post the actual study instead of a meme, and maybe we can pick it apart.

Ivermectin does seem to have some sort of benefit. What that biological pathway is and what it is doing is a mystery, since nobody will actually study it.

But it has nothing at all to do with HIV, which does not exist.

MAG768720 3 points ago +3 / -0

To test this formally, HeLa cells were infected ...

HeLa cells are cervical cancer cells from a woman who died of cervical cancer in 1951. That has nothing to do with healthy cells in healthy people.

This is all speculation based on a fake experiment.

PepeSee -1 points ago +2 / -3

MAG768720 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why don't you respond with substance of the topic, rather than ridicule?

Probably because you are not capable.

No different than the leftards shouting, "SCIENCE!"

The sooner we all wake up to the reality that virology has nothing to do with science, the better off we will be.

sun_wolf 7 points ago +7 / -0

Are we not looking at a situation now in which it appears that nearly all professionals in medicine and science are proving to be frauds? Not frauds in the traditional sense, but in the sense that none of these so-called experts in their fields are actually independently verifying anything with their own research and experimentation, but instead taking whatever the authority figure above them says is fact and repeating it back.

Look at the suppression of Ivermectin. That cannot happen unless most of medicine and most of science are frauds. These people are not the know-it-alls they claim to be. They actually seem closer to corrupt, lazy, narcissistic yes-men who did the bare minimum to complete their degree, did zero independent research, had no curiousity about their field, and never thought outside the box or put in a master’s level of effort. Instead these were the same assholes we all went to high school with who now spend more time thinking about their next cruise vacation and the next show they’re going to watch on Netflix than how to heal their patients. Most doctors probably spend most of their day bitching about their patients and how annoying they are. These are our “healers”?

If people aren’t seeing yet how the establishment dogma takes hold and becomes an ego-inflated bubble or bureaucratic pyramid scheme, then I don’t think they are paying attention. The cabal has ruled this Earth for a lot longer than anyone really realized. They didn’t JUST turn evil in 2015 because Trump came down that escalator.

I know people freak out when establishment dogma is questioned. People cling to the experts and point to things like skyscrapers as proof of the experts. But skyscrapers aren’t built by experts. And they aren’t built by scientists. They are built by engineers. Just like your phone. That’s not Fauci. That’s not Neil Degrasse Tyson. It’s not even Carl Sagan or Einstein. That is built by engineers.

Engineers are quiet, and mostly nameless. They are the quiet, isolated ones who have to cut through all the bullshit and make shit that just works. Engineering is legit. But all these other con artists? They are all tricking us, trying to painting themselves with the credibility of the engineers and their inventions, and the engineers are just single-minded and autistic enough that they’re not paying attention to stop it.

MAG768720 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well said.

Engineers must, by necessity, deal in an objective world. Either their ideas work, or they do not.

We are taught to believe that other professions, like medicine, are the same. But they are not. Doctors are dealing in an entirely subjective world, with no basis in reality. They ignore the Scientific Method, yet delude themselves into believing they are "following the science."

They don't even know what the science is -- on anything. They have no knowledge of nutrition (that isn't falsified marketing by Big Agriculture). They have no knowledge of the drugs they prescribe (that isn't falsified marketing by Big Pharma). They are charlatans, and nothing more.

And it does NOT have to be this way. If they would just follow the Scientific Method, we would have good research and good medical care. But they are so far away from that, they have become a joke -- and a danger to society.
