Federal contractors are not allowed to test.

I am wondering if this ruling matters if contracts requiring vaccination have already been drawn up and signed. Most companies did this and were still requiring people get the vaccine by January 4th

The one last week mostly affected Healthcare workers. It affected nationwide bc by Friday my company has a hold on the vax altho they're still telling people to get a vax.
