If this hasn't been posted here, it's big news. The Senate is poised to use a law from the early 90's to strike down the private sector vax mandate for companies with 100+ employees. Zerohedge article... https://www.zerohedge.com/political/tester-join-manchin-striking-down-osha-vaccine-mandate

Commenting on my own post (didn't want to take up the space up top). This is something we need to earnestly pray for and support. It's time to contact your Senator to show support. It's time to forward this article to your employer, family, friends, etc.
Here is an excellent fact sheet on the CRA process. It requires both the Senate and House to vote with simple majorities to strike down the rule, which then gets sent to the President. If he vetoes it, then 2/3rds majority is required in both Houses of Congress to override the veto. So, a long process, and a long shot... but that just means we have to put pressure on Senate and House of Reps.

Seems backwards. The executive can just "presto mandate", then congress needs 2/3rds to override the mandate? I think our odds are better in the courts with the current cast of non-elected in Congress.
I thought they stopped this yesterday?
I believe a federal judge blocked it. But that could be appealed. This other process that I've mentioned above is another way to accomplish the goal.
Montana has the most strict laws against vax mandates in the nation thanks to Gov Gianforte and a strong legislature. He is up for re-election....don't be so surprised. He is a total piece of shit.
Manchin: “I have personally had both vaccine doses and a booster shot..."
Do we believe this?
Just like they also use the healthcare system they created.
