So, my suggestion, post castration is to start with removing both hands and feet. Can't have him wandering around or laying hands-on people.

Then remove the tongue. Can't have him making lewd or obscene comments to the people around him. Or voicing his grotesque demands.

Then remove his inner ears. This is a mercy thing. Can't have him hearing the voices of young tasty morsels while knowing he can't have any ever again. That'd be just cruel.

And last, another mercy, remove the eyes. That way, he can't ever again see what he can never again have.
