Because you can't fight tyranny by setting stuff on fire or storming some building. It's a psychological war & a war of information. Some of the best tools to fight tyranny is the spread of true information & ridicule. Parallel societies where you can talk openly.

I don't know what kind of action you are expecting, people are protesting all over the world & running for local offices, spreading information far and wide and supporting each other emotionally. Random violence won't solve jack.
