The Senate voted to repeal Biden’s COVID mandate through the Congressional Review Act (CRA).

This is a very big deal!

It now goes to the House. A discharge petition will likely be filed. That takes 20 legislative days to “ripen” before they can file the petition.

In the meantime, here’s what you need to do.

Call your Representative and ask him or her to vote to use the CRA to repeal Biden’s vaccine mandates.

Specifically, ask them to sign on as co-sponsors of HJ 65, which provides Congressional disapproval of the Department of Labor rule relating to “COVID-19 Vaccination and testing; Emergency Temporary Standard.”

Congressman Fred Keller (PA-12) introduced this resolution.

Again, this is a big deal, and it is our best shot to eliminate the vaccine mandates legislatively.

Also, the fact that 2 Democrat Senators (Manchin and Tester) joined us is very promising. If you have a Democrat Representative in the House, you should feel encouraged and should call.

Finally, if your Senators voted for the CRA to repeal the mandate, call to thank them. All Republicans voted yes, as did Manchin (WV) and Tester (MT).
