I have been frequenting Ghana for quite some time and have a strong network of business and friendship relationships. My team is the most amazing group of guys I've ever had in my employ. Ghana boasts an amazing 93% pure bloods and they scoff at the fools in the west poisoning themselves.
Today, the health ministry announced mandatory vaccines for all international travelers. What's more, any returning Ghanaian citizen who is not vaxxed will undergo mandatory jabs on arrival. The alternative will be incarceration until they get the vax. This is the first attempt at forced vaccination in Western Africa. It's clearly a trial balloon before making it mandatory nation-wide.
My guess is that this will turn into a very explosive situation. When they attempt forced vax nation-wide, Ghanaians will tear the place apart.

I might even think of spending some travel money I their economy. It won't all be spent after in recovery hospitals.
Sad...two of my kids did mission trips to Ghana and they just loved the people...so warm, happy and friendly. I hope they find their way to throw off this tyranny.
Saw a lot of the interior of Ghana back in 1999. Large Christian population. Many shops proclaiming their faith. Like, "Jesus Reigns Bakery."

I was just speaking to you with an African cab driver and he said the same. The people taking the shots are usually of European decent (Dutch) in the south and arabs in the north.
But “black” Africans as whole? NOPE.
My prayers are with the ghanaian people, that they are strong and resolved in their fight against authoritarian tyranny. Let them know there are many of us here feeling the same way.
