Soy is in almost all store bought bread, crackers, chips, salad dressings, condiments, etc...I am trying to get it out of my house. Any thoughts?

My kid has hashimotos and gave up soy and gluten. She has the hashi in remission after 2 years. Soy is in many things in many forms. Chocolate is especially hard for her to buy but IKEA has soy free chocolate. Coconut aminos taste like soy and are safe.
