I don't know when this display was created. But all that's needed to make this a hopium hit worth cooking up and tying off for is someone to nail down exactly HOW SOON after inauguration all the OTHER faces were added since the construction of this exhibit.
If we can prove that they were added immediately or in a timely manner, then we have something of note.
This is the right way to think about it. Often when we raise questions like this, we miss variables and mistake the variable for hopium. Eliminate the variables and THEN let's raise this as a red flag.
Occam's Razor would tell us that the museum simply just hasn't updated it yet.
