McDonalds did have a press release on this topic as OP mentioned in the comments below (https://corporate.mcdonalds.com/corpmcd/en-us/our-stories/article/press-releases.biden-covid-vaccines.html) but I have never personally seen any propagandic packaging. I think the image above with the syringe is doctored. You can tell by the pixels around it.

That being said, fuck McDicks. Their food is garbage.
