A nurse who attends our church and was fired 3 weeks ago for refusing the shot - was called two days ago and rehired.
⚠️ Vax-TYRANNY ☠️
He negotiated compensation for lost wages and a raise and also is refusing testing. (This is in Wisconsin)
Ascension has been calling back nurses in other states.
Don't comply. They need you! YOU have the power!
This was inevitable. They can't just replace nurses and doctors with people off the street given how much schooling and on the job training is necessary for them to do their jobs.
They'll replace them with fresh off the boat immigrants with only basic knowledge and little to no experience.
Malpractice insurance is expensive. It becomes a lot more expensive if your insurer learns you are doing this. To the point of 9t not making business sense.
My hospital, before I was fired, released an action plan due to short staffing, and it included hiring international agency nurses. A supervisor told me Columbia, specifically.
While I'm 20 minutes away and removed from my role. 🤡
Shit man, sucks to hear you got fucked like that. I truly, sincerely hope these bastards pay when all is revealed.
Lol look its the entire IT industry
LOL once had some dot head call himself Maverick when I called due to an AOL account being canceled. Had another dot head give me the number to a gay phone sex line. Needless to say I was fucking PISSED at that.
Fuck them and their dirty water.
As long as they keep accepting fast food wages for IT work, the corporations will keep hiring them.
They still need to be licensed. It's like they forgot foreign licenses don't work.
There's apparently international licenses. But I bet some of them get them out of a Cracker Jack box.
I see you've visited the UK.
I've never left the US. Hell, I've visited fewer than 10 states.
Visit one place visited them all I guess.
They’re closing the hospitals. In the next decade. Will be offering virtual care. My business model is planned to provide nurses, in your home, your castle, and no bullying, on your terms.
Don’t be surprised if I try to help you prevent any needed hospitalization though. We can transcend all of it and be independent. Like in the garden.
What if my terms are that they dress in the sexy nurse costumes available at the local party supply superstore? 🤣
You forgot sponge baths fren.
Congratulations! Sounds like he came out ontop. Im not a nurse but work in a hospital in CA. They placed me on Unpaid LOA for the last 3 months now.Since i havnt been fired, i cant get unemployment. Recently got an email saying that they were going to extend the LOA for another 3 months, for our benefit. So tired of this. Cosidering movingly out of CA with my wife and kids now. She is really against is as her parents all live in the area. Anyway thanks for reading, i am quite bummed these days even if i don't show it. Trying to stay strong for my family.
God bless you all
Why the hell is your wife against leaving when you haven't been working for the last 3 months? Does she at least work?
She is still allowed to work at a school. We have a newborn at the moment and have both decided to not move atleast unill baby is 1 month old. She was born with some complications but is pulling through, thank god.
Well that's a really shitty situation to be in.
Who is the boss in your family? Sorry her marriage vows were to you, not her family and friends.
Sorry to be harsh. But its the truth.
I did forget to mention i have a newborn. Who had some complications but is doing better now. Thats exactly what i told her in all honesty. That WE decided to become a family, us two. She mentions how they have helped us alot, and while i agree they have, they would not ultimately pay our bills. Not harsh at all friend, i like people that dont sugar coated things. God bless you
Sounds like they are trying to get you to quit instead of firing you so you can’t come back and sue them for firing you. I’m assuming if you quit you can’t get unemployment either, right? So they are screwing you either way from claiming unemployment. Maybe you can keep “showing up to work” till they either put you back on the payroll or they fire you.
Keep at trying to convince your wife to move out of Cali, her parents don’t get a vote in your decision. How is Nevada compared to Cali in terms of being unvaxxed to work? That way you won’t have to travel too far if you move.
Correct they dont. I tell her my parents dont have a say in what we do. We married eachother. Have not really looked into Nevada, been looking more at Texas. We dont have family and dont know anyone there, which in part is why she is hesitant to move. We have been to Austin a few times but its too Liberal, and has gotten expensive. Looking at places with a hospital within an hour. God Bless you
I just figured Nevada (if it's better environment than Cali) would be close enough for her family to visit or vice versa.
We've moved to new places a lot while husband was in the military & then worked in federal job, so I understand your wife's hesitancy, but she may love it somewhere else more than where you live now.
We have friends that the husband got a good job in another state, but his wife was uncertain & scared about moving to a new place. We told her she may love it more than AL (where all her family is). They love it so much they don't plan on moving back to AL. Yeah you are further from family, but sometimes that's a good thing, they aren't always in your business, lol.
I've moved around my entire life. I've never "grew up" in one place. My family moved every so many years, so I grew up in NJ & Fl (and in 3 different parts of FL each time we went back), then when I got married, it was FL, GA, NC, VA and now in AL. We've been in Alabama the longest than any other place we've lived, and it's the place I've lived the longest my whole life.
Sir, I would show up for work just the same. Every. Day. Let them remove and fire you for insubordination, then claim unemployment and if they fight you go after them for wrongful termination. The whole thing won’t stand a chance in hell in unemployment appeals court
There's panic in all the hospitals because now they created a massive shortage of healthcare worker. Hospitals are 24x7 and need to be staffed 24x7 so when you fire 30% of your workforce shit like shortages happen. Never comply, fuck them all, and if they want you back make them pay and always remember that they don't care about you in the least and you treat them the same.
While I completely agree, I'm pretty agitated it's only 30% that didn't comply. I'm wfh nurse but the majority of my co workers all caved. One is so sick right now and STILL getting her 2nd dose tomorrow. 30% makes us look fringe and I don't like that. Altho I'm hearing some that appear fully vaxed didn't get boosters yet and some won't.
So the answer to vaccines are the detox but the cod liver oil. A lot of the innate reactions are related to inflammatory signaling and this risk can be lowered by 2/3 with cod liver oil. Studies behind it for many years. It’s like asthma with the eosinophils and something called TH2 which was quoted in the ferret study.
The vaccine companies all quoted they only saw TH1 and I can cite both the ferret study and the new vaccine studies on this. We lower TH2 with omega threes.
I buy a high quality cod liver oil and I waited before I vaccinated for work to prepare. I detoxed, lowered my calories, took both diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal, NAC, quercetin, metformin actually lowers inflammation and I’ve been buying online for years, it’s anti aging as well. I have body inflammation we all do so I’ve been on it. Fish oil also eradicates the clotting risk.
Put it simply I studied for 6 months straight, invested in so many natural products and my diet is pristine. I’m not a pound overweight because that and sugar drives up inflammation and that innate spike protein reaction.
We are talking toll like receptors that go haywire. All I di is read studies on natural health, diet etc.
I didn’t react at all. People are forgetting carrot juice and vitamin A here as well. We want to calm down the immune system so it doesn’t over react.
People forget about the gut axis here. The T cells migrate from the bone marrow to the gut to learn about pathogens, when there’s a fiber deficiency the T cells can’t migrate out into the small intestine to learn. You have cheese slush in there. The T cells gets stuck or they come back immature. They get in your blood stream and improperly command megacaryocytes to increase platelets.
So cold potatoes and prebiotic fiber is best, I take psyllium fiber and I do prebiotic fiber to grow my own gut bacteria. The unhealthy gut bacteria signal for inflammation.
So fiber, no sugar, healthy weight, fish oil, activated charcoal, diatomaceous earth.
There’s so much more but it would be a novel. Focus on getting those T cell formed right, fiber, and the cod liver or fish oil. I had zero reaction not even a sore arm. Took my blood and tested it, no increased CRP. My cholesterol is perfect. That’s the fiber. You can’t have an immune system without fiber and gut health.
We have two major deficiencies and they are fiber and omega three fats, without these we become overweight and are always hungry.
Since the reaction is to the spike protein, all of this will help lower the Covid risk also. In fact all of it just heals the body so it’s functioning properly. I forgot the hot and cold exposure. Hot bath or steam room every day and I did hours. Then cold or ice bath. We see great Covid numbers out of Sweden, Finland, Norway and Japan. That’s because of the Finnish saunas. The heat will draw out toxins or the spike protein and the cold causes the lymphatic to contract and dump in your large intestine. I drink alkaline water with lemon and a bunch of activated charcoal after to clean it out.
We are always having pathogenic toxins and parasites so this just properly cleans the body. Food grade H202 and clean the mouth well too. It all helps because if I’m gonna freak out a vaccine how am I going to handle all the toxins in the world? You just can’t eliminate them all and need to learn to deal with it eventually.
Shock the system totally works.
100% correct. Thanks for the charcoal reminder I m gonna take two today, essential Oils work wonders.
What I was trying to convey is that 30% of this county is very asleep and not matter what will never wake up to reality. The non compliance of taking the jab is said to be north of 65%.
Where did you come up with noncompliance being north of 65 percent? I had read that noncompliance was about 40 percent.
If you look at what I said I didn't come up with that number. It's a number being tossed around just like you're 40%.
https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations
Here's where I get the 40 percent number. If you have a link to the higher rate of noncompliance, I'd like to see it. I'd like to think it's higher than 40 percent.
Travel nurses can get 13week contracts at $9200/week!
My wife is doing this right now and the hospitals need help is such a dire way that they don't require a vaccine to work there.
It's really the dumbest fucking thing in the world. They fired a perfectly good unvaxxed nurse, to hire my unvaxxed wife for triple her hourly rate.
The most clown world part of all of this is this particular hospital is where my wife previously worked and quit because they were one of the first to require a mandate back in the summer. She found a job for a couple months but recently started as a travel nurse.
Her paycheck isn't quite what you stated, but it is north of $5k per pay period, after taxes. She was making less than half that a month ago.
We are stashing as much money as we can, that way if we have to leave our state and move off the grid like to south Dakota or Montana, we can do it. I should probably buy gold, and not keep it in the bank.
What sweet small Victories we will all get Hugh on in tje coming future.
He negotiated compensation for lost wages and a raise and also is refusing testing. (This is in Wisconsin)
Yes. This is the way. God Bless that man for standing his ground!! Hopefully the rest of the staff see this, and realize that cowardice is it's own reward.
A male nurse as well, those must be highly sort after.
Just imagine the profits hospitals are making. They've intentionally short-staffed their buildings, cry wolf about hospitals being filled to capacity when in fact they're nowhere near filled to capacity. They can only take so many patients per nurse and those nurses are burning out. So what they're making from not having to pay non-existent personnel coupled with covid-19 payouts, their financial reports will tell one heck of a story.
Same thing happened to my wife in Florida with Ascension. They are scumbags.
GC
That is my plan. I am at a new job, more money, but they might want the vax. They are so short people though, they don't dare ask.
Something similar happened with my mom. They were pushing for forced vaccinations for all nurses and doctors at her clinic by November 1st. She put in a religious exemption and got it! Because before November 1st SO many nurses quit right then and there because of the mandate. My mom didn't want to quit, she loves her job and her patients so she didn't want to leave. She stood her ground and they let her stay, probably because they lost so many other nurses that they NEEDED her help.
And NOW they've given her a raise of over $3.00 all in one go! That kind of raise never happens, especially to nurses. They try to keep them down at low pay as long as possible, but my mom has been a nurse with this clinic for over 40 years so it's unsurprising that she has the highest pay among all the nurses there. They're telling her they WANT her to stay as long as she can, because they're so short of staff and they're especially short of experienced nurses like her.
Stand your ground, people!
My neighbor is a nurse who used to be a complete lib, she was double jabbed, but when she was ordered to get a booster she put her foot down. Her hospital ordered everyone without the booster to be fired. They came to her and begged her to get the booster, she said no. They threatened to fire her, she said, Fine. But, they never fired her. They threatened her three times, then just said she could stay.
Some years ago, our local hospital expanded staffing with Filipino & Canadian nurses for half what the citizen nurses were paid. A year later there were no citizen nurses working at the hospital.
That's what I call a WIN! Good for him for being smart enough to negotiate a return on his terms like that!
This is great news! Hold the line people!
Not happening in aus and msm literally saying they're so understaffed they don't know why. Can't make this shit up
Fuck yea!! Another tide turning moment ….and to all you doomers and gloomers who are like “but but but it’s just one nurse…one hospital…one state” …a house is built brick by fucking brick
Happy for your friend. Quite certain that Ascension has > 100 employees. How is this going to work, long term?
Amen. Keep fighting.
This is such great news! If only more would have some backbone, they'd see they are the majority and are needed desperately! So happy for this man; God rewarded him for his courage and steadfastness.
they are all so intelligent so to speak, but foresight, calculating the consequences of their actions, they cannot.
is he a Fokker?
An outlier? One in a million?
