The technical specification of a criminal statute(s) is typically the job, role and/or objective of a (criminal) prosecutor. It is a fairly technical process and is a bit beyond what we do here. However, as Patriots, our primary focus is upon understanding those who are with us vs. those who are actively opposed to the US and the cause of freedom. Alex Jones, like those who run for office as Republicans with the intention of promoting liberal policies, is an idiot whose sole job is to impersonate the conservative cause. He is a declared enemy of freedom, and controlled opposition. What statute he might be prosecuted under is not really relevant at this point. The key focus is to understand that he is an impostor. That should be obvious at this point to anyone who has been even remotely following along.

Yes, as a CABAL insider he is routinely afforded access to prime news spots, from access to the Senate floor (how odd), to just walking right into 'Bohemian Grove' on his own etc. etc. He is routinely given favorable access to both sites and at times information. Thankfully his response to Q, Trump and the Great Awakening completely identified him as a traitor to the cause. There is absolutely no doubt that AJ is NOT a Patriot, by any stretch of the imagination.
