The technical specification of a criminal statute(s) is typically the job, role and/or objective of a (criminal) prosecutor. It is a fairly technical process and is a bit beyond what we do here. However, as Patriots, our primary focus is upon understanding those who are with us vs. those who are actively opposed to the US and the cause of freedom. Alex Jones, like those who run for office as Republicans with the intention of promoting liberal policies, is an idiot whose sole job is to impersonate the conservative cause. He is a declared enemy of freedom, and controlled opposition. What statute he might be prosecuted under is not really relevant at this point. The key focus is to understand that he is an impostor. That should be obvious at this point to anyone who has been even remotely following along.
