The wording makes it seem like the poster likes the numbers.

Maybe to an extent, but from what I understand, Rasmussen is by far the most reputable polling agency out of the mainstream ones.

Their presidential approval rating seems about right too. Biden has a 41 percent approval rating, but only 20 percent strongly approve. He's being held up by democrats, but they're pretty lukewarm in their support
